This 50 year old patient from Houston had a capsular contracture (an abnormal appearing breast due to the formation of collagen fibers around the implant) and came to Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery for correction. Bilaterally, 500cc saline implants were placed, changing her breast size from a B cup to a D cup.
