After undergoing an extreme shift in weight, this 26 year old patient from Galveston was unhappy with the loss of shape seen in her breasts. To improve her chest volume, Dr. Vitenas performed a Breast Augmentation with Saline implants, taking the patient from a C cup to a D cup. This was paired with a Breast Lift to offset the loss of skin elasticity, as well.
