The 31 year old patient shown in the Before/After photos came in from Dallas for a Fat Grafting procedure. Dr. Vitenas removed her Buccal Fat Pads (lower cheeks) and used the Fat Grafting procedure to replace lost volume in her upper cheeks. After surgery, the patient appeared both younger and healthier.
